Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2/3 cup Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/8 Teas. Salt
- 1 Stick Butter (1/2 cup), melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together except for cinnamon.
- Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 400 º for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 25-30 minutes.
