I figured it was time for me to update this thing. Not too much has been going on, just busy as usual. This summer is flying by. I went and picked up Jerry's pre-k package for this fall. I cannot believe I am going to have two in school, even though Jerry is only going half-day, it is mind blowing.
We took the kids to the zoo a couple weeks back, they had a blast. We got to see coyotes howl and go crazy when the leopard got near their side of the cage, they were not happy.
I am going to a women's retreat at the church in a couple weeks, really excited about that. It will be a nice refresher and encourager.
The best news is that my brother and sister in law, just had their precious baby boy this past Saturday, Samuel James. I love him already, he is absolutely precious, and I cannot wait to meet him.
On a funny note, Jerry told me as I was putting him down for a nap this afternoon, that if any monsters came in through his window, he was confident that it would be okay because daddy would "punch 'em in da face."

This post has me literally in tears. The scenario,however hectic,is so beautiful to me. What a blessing to have such a beautiful loving family...sometimes I wonder if I'll ever get married and have children,but may the Lord's will be done.I'll wait for him to send me a man of God, and until then,I will be about my father's business.
